Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Difflytics at difflytics.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

About the Service

Difflytics is a free, fan-made tool that lets Valorant players look up match history, compare performance stats, and view regional leaderboards. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Riot Games, Inc. in any way.

Valorant, Riot Games, and all related names, marks, and assets are the property of Riot Games, Inc. Player data is sourced from publicly available game data via the Riot Games API in accordance with the Riot Developer Policies.

Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Difflytics.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• You agree not to attempt to scrape, abuse, or overload the Service or its underlying APIs.
• You agree not to misrepresent player data retrieved from the Service.
• You agree not to use the Service to harass, defame, or target any individual player.

Player Data

All player data displayed on Difflytics is publicly available match data retrieved via the Riot Games API. We do not store, sell, or distribute player data. Stats are fetched on demand and displayed for informational and entertainment purposes only. Difflytics makes no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.

Scoring and Analysis

The pillar scoring system (Impact, Game Sense, Entry, Precision) and all derived metrics on Difflytics are original calculations created for entertainment and analytical purposes. They are not official Riot Games metrics and should not be treated as definitive measures of player skill.

Intellectual Property

The Difflytics name, logo, design, and original code are the property of Difflytics. Valorant game assets, agent names, map names, and all related intellectual property belong to Riot Games, Inc. Agent icons and map images are used under Riot Games' fan content policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of stats, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Difflytics and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on any stats or scores displayed.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Difflytics after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
